How subscriptions work
When you choose the subscribe option at checkout, you agree to a recurring order of the product and quantity you selected, delivered at the interval you chose, until you cancel.
Payment
Your payment method is charged automatically each time an order is prepared, at the subscription price shown at checkout. We will email you before each renewal.
Price changes
If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you by email at least 14 days beforehand. You are free to cancel before the new price applies.
Skipping, pausing and cancelling
You can skip a delivery, change the interval, pause or cancel at any time from the account link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing us. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Changes made less than 24 hours before a renewal may not apply until the following order, because the current one may already be packed.
Cancellation rights
Your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies to each individual delivery, on the same terms as set out in our returns and refunds policy.
