Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Costs
- Standard delivery: £3.95
- Free delivery on all orders over £35
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays outside our control (carrier disruption, weather, strikes) can occur.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
Missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
