2. These terms
These terms apply when you buy from welova.co.uk. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before ordering.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order - for example the product is out of stock or there was a pricing error - we will tell you and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when your order is placed.
We take reasonable care to keep prices accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
5. The product
Welova Hips & Joints is a complementary feed for dogs. It is not a veterinary medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not replace veterinary advice or a balanced diet.
Always follow the feeding guide on the label. If your dog is unwell, pregnant, lactating, under 12 weeks old, or taking medication, consult your vet before use. Stop use and speak to your vet if you notice any adverse reaction.

8. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.
9. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend delivery times or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel and receive a refund.
10. Governing law
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of UK law, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site at the time you placed it.
